Brewster Estate Sale

Description:

Nice clean items, no junk. High end clothing (owner was an attorney and dressed very well). Many items with retail $500-2000 when new. Armani, Akris, Elaine Fisher, Escada, Ferragamo (many, many pairs of shoes), etc, about 40-50 pairs of designer shoes (most with little to no wear), jackets, dresses, sweaters, scarfs, active wear, t-shirts, etc, etc. High end designer contemporary furniture, collection of green opaline glass, Bang and Olufsen sound system, high end kitchen items (kitchen-aid, La Cruset, etc), glass, china, pottery, books, outdoor furniture, rugs, general household items, and much, much more. You might want to consider going into work late or just taking off to attend!

Special Instructions:

There should be plenty of parking on the street. If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want. Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day. Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale. Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale. On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
