Chatham Estate Sale

We have reserved a police officer to help with parking at this sale. There is relatively limited parking in front of the house, but there is parking on the top level of the fish pier, however, I expect it will fill up relatively quickly. There should also be street parking on the part of Barcliff on the other side of old Harbor Road, which was only about a 2-3 minute walk from the sale.

Description:

There is pretty much something for everybody here. Antiques and contemporary items. Includes rugs, collectible, Christmas, decorations, vintage toys, China, glass, studio, pottery, furniture, books, contemporary and vintage tools, lots of different types of folk art, kitchen items, fishing equipment, and much much more.

Special Instructions:

If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want. Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day. Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale. Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale. On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
