This will be a cash/Venmo and carry sale. No checks accepted!! Working on getting Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Debit Cards accepted (but not American Express).

All items must be paid for, removed & transported by the purchaser the day of the sale except by mutual agreement, alternate pick up times can be arranged for certain items. The items left to be picked up must be paid for in full and picked up no longer than 3 days after sale ends or items will be forfeited by Buyer and the price paid retained by Seller.

We are not able to wrap or transport any purchased items so please make sure to bring your own packing materials & arrange your own transportation.

We will make every effort to assist you in any way possible to make this an enjoyable experience.

We do not hand out numbers at our sales. A sign up sheet is utilized on site only, (accept for appointment only sales). Once you are on the sign up sheet, you do not need to remain on site until the start of the sale. Do not under any circumstances remove a sign up sheet or alter it in any way. If you are caught doing this you will not be allowed to enter the sale, no exceptions! Nobody will be allowed to utilize a sign up sheet until 4pm the day before the sale, no exceptions! We will provide the only sign up sheet that will be recognized for entry to the sale. That sign-up sheet will be made available precisely at 4 PM the day before! No other sign-up sheets will be recognized.
