East Sandwich Estate Sale

Description:  

We are offering a 1990 Mazda Miata convertible manual transmission as part of the sale.  It has been repainted in original red  and restored. Has appx 188,000 miles and is in excellent condition.  Runs fine, was recently driven. .  Because of liability reasons we can’t allow a test drive, but you can examine the car in person at the sale.  More photos of the car are coming later this week. 

This house is packed!  The former owner was a Revolutionary War reenactor and there are a ton of uniforms, equipment, weapons (rifles, swords), etc.  Also a large collection of American Flyer Trains (old and new to be offered as one collection), military uniforms from WWIi to 1980’s, clothing, Native American art, 4-5 foot tall carved Cigar Store Indian (late 20th century), china, glass, lots of revolutionary war themed original paintings (many by artist Lloyd Garrison),  lithographs, Western themed and military themed limited edition figurines (pewter, wood, etc), toy soldiers (metal and plastic), die-cast cars, fishing equipment, police officer equipment (jackets, holsters, pistol magazines, etc), full size birch bark canoe, wood, bricks, tons of books about military, revolutionary war, history, novels, etc, lots of Christmas decorations, audio equipment, cast iron cookware, etc.

Special Instructions:

There should be plenty of parking on the street.  If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want.  Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
