All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. THE FLOOR WINS ALL TIE BIDS. Because all property is sold "as-is" and "where is" neither the auctioneer nor the consignor makes any warranty, expressed or implied, or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representations or warranty of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale or in the bill of sale or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability.
The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Any condition statement given, either written or verbally, is a courtesy to a client, is an opinion, and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Online bidders must make payment and shipping arrangements for their purchases. Raia Auctioneers, Inc. shall not be held responsible for any error or omission.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to remove, add to or lot items listed in the auction. The property is believed and shall be taken to be correctly described as to the quantity and any error, misstatement or omission, in the particulars shall not annul the sale, or be a ground for any abatement or compensation on either side. No item(s) are to be removed until the bill is paid in full. All sales are final. Purchased items must be removed immediately after each session of the sale, unless specific arrangements to hold them have been made with the auctioneer. Online bidders must make payment and shipping arrangements for their purchases. Removal of goods shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.
All Bidders will have 7 business days to pick up or make shipping arrangements for their purchases.
If auction winnings are not picked up within fourteen (14) business days following the sale, THE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CONSIGNOR AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE PROVIDED TO THE BUYER. For paid items that are not picked up after thirty (15) calendar days, an additional administration fee of $50 will be charged. Property which is paid for but left on our premises for any reason in excess of forty (30) calendar days is subject to re-sale to cover the aforementioned fees.
Bidding at a Raia Auctioneers Auction whether present in person or by agent, order/absentee bid, telephone, internet or other means, constitutes your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
Please note ALL shipping will now be handled by the Framingham Shipping Company (former UPS store). We no longer provide In-House Shipping. Please consider the cost of shipping BEFORE bidding.
