1) We only have room to park about 5-6 CARS ON SITE at a time, so **APPTs with parking WILL GET PREFERRED ENTRY** Appt. is per car cab be up to about 4 persons... Town Ordnance has NO STREET PARKING allowed on Hayden Rowe or Chestnut St. Parking is on Wild St off Chestnut St a long block away. Please make an appt if you think you are coming. You can always cancel it.
2) Only entry on to lot will be Chestnut St, look for signs . Hayden Rowe can be used for right turn exit, left turn not recommended it RT 85!
3) I CAN"T TEXT, I get Optical Migraines from all devices, so calls only please on # listed. (Also please do not use them near me in house.)
4) We accept CASH & Local checks on approval. This is an owner run sale. NO CC's. There is a Bank at local CVS a mile away.
5) PRICES will be consistent Saturday morning, you may leave offers, and each day will have steady % reductions.
6) If you are coming from Over an Hour or so, and interested in specific items, you can inquire to see if they are still available . I will answer messages on phone and email as often as I am able. Things SOLD will be DELETED and updated as soon as possible ON LINE each day.
