The Cash, check, or credit card. Please bring help to move large pieces and boxes/bags for all your small items. If you buy a large item and don't have help to move the furniture to your vehicle, you will be charged a moving fee.

Everything must be picked before the final day of the sales. Please contact us in advance if you are interested in an item that you will need delivery assistance, so we can discuss whether we will consider delivery the item for you.
Owner reserves the right to remove some items from the sale.
Limited space inside so we will be limiting how many people enter the property at one time.
We will be giving out numbers at 7:00am. Please don't enter the property, until staff begin letting people on the property.
Please do not place any SOLD stickers on any items, Stem To Stern staff will do that once we have given you a slip.

This sale will feature a sealed offer opportunity for buyers interested in a 16 foot 1999 Boston Whaler, with a 2016 Yamaha 90 4-stroke engine. The engine only has 141.5 hours of use.

A few details on the Boston Whaler: the engine has been serviced annually by a Yamaha certified mechanic. 45-gallon tank, winterized in September 2025. Equipment includes: Lowrance GPS/depth sounder, Bimini, custom fore and aft covers overall cover with trailer.
