All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions and photographs are provided to the best of our ability; however, no guarantees are made as to condition, authenticity, completeness, size, or value.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Buyer's Premium & Payment Terms
A 20% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot.
We accept payment via LivePayments through LiveAuctioneers.
At the conclusion of the auction, invoices are automatically generated and the credit/debit card on file will be charged for the hammer price, buyer?s premium, and applicable sales tax.
Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) will be added to the same invoice once calculated through LiveShipping or in-house processing. The card on file will be charged automatically for these additional charges.
It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that payment information is valid and up to date prior to bidding.
Failure of a credit card charge does not void the buyer's obligation to pay. Any declined payments must be resolved within 48 hours of notification.
No chargebacks will be accepted.
Pickup & Removal
Local pickup is available on Friday, April 24 at the address provided on your invoice.
Items must be picked up on the scheduled date unless prior written arrangements are made.
All items must be picked up or shipping arranged and paid within 10 calendar days of the auction close.
Items not picked up or shipping not paid within this timeframe will be considered abandoned property and may be resold, donated, or otherwise disposed of at the sole discretion of Crossroads Estate Solutions without refund.
Shipping
We use LiveShipping through LiveAuctioneers for eligible items. Shipping charges and tracking are managed through the LiveAuctioneers platform.
If you prefer to arrange shipping yourself or request in-house handling, select "Buyer Arranged Shipping" or "In-House Shipping" at checkout and email nick@crossroadsestatesolutions.com
with your name, bidder ID, lot numbers, and shipping details.
A $10 handling fee per package applies to Buyer Arranged or in-house shipments.
Shipping processing begins after the local pickup window closes.
We do not ship furniture, rugs, or oversized items in-house. These must be picked up locally or shipped via Buyer Arranged Shipping (recommended partner: Barrington Pack & Ship, Great Barrington, MA). Please inquire prior to bidding for oversized shipping quotes.
Item Descriptions & Condition
Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photographs and descriptions prior to bidding.

Bidding & Disputes
All bids are binding.
In the event of a dispute, the records of Crossroads Estate Solutions shall be deemed final.
We reserve the right to cancel any bid or withdraw any item at our discretion.
Liability
Buyers attending pickup enter the property at their own risk. Crossroads Estate Solutions and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages.

If you have not contacted Crossroads Estate Solutions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
