The Cash, check, or credit card. Please bring help to move large pieces and boxes/bags for all your small items. If you buy a large item and don't have help to move the furniture to your vehicle, you will be charged a moving fee.
Everything must be picked before the final day of the sales. Please contact us in advance if you are interested in an item that you will need delivery assistance, so we can discuss whether we will consider delivery the item for you.
Owner reserves the right to remove some items from the sale.
Limited space inside so we will be limiting how many people enter the property at one time.
We will be giving out numbers at 7:00am. Please don't enter the property, until staff begin letting people on the property.
Please do not place any SOLD stickers on any items, Stem To Stern staff will do that once we have given you a slip.

As you can see from the pictures, the sale location/house is under construction, buyers will need to be extra careful when walking through the house.
We continue to find items we had never seen before as we prepare this property for the estate sale.
Due to the high level of interest in the stuffed leather pig, we will be selling it through a sealed bid process. This will allow interested buyers to submit sealed bids until 10:30 am.
This property has revealed vintage and antique items of all kinds: vintage toys, antique linens and laces. Vintage duck decoys, vintage maps, Alabaster lamp and chess set. Original 19th and 20th century art including watercolors and Asian art.
China includes Herend, Villeroy and Boch and others. Signed hand carved birds and waterfowl, both wood and porcelain, some are damaged.

A wood carved Amida Budha and stuffed hippo. We have electronics, cord wood and kindling, two small boats, vintage furniture of all kinds, vintage model boats, cloths, books, yard and landscaping tools. We even have a washer and dryer, top hats.

We are working on gathering more information on the 1984 BMW R100 motorcycle with sidecar. We have the keys, haven't been able to get it running yet. We have not found the title yet. Our plan is to accept sealed bids until 12:00 on the day of the sale. Cash or bank check only.
