1. Sales: All property is sold as is, where is, subject to error. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the items and use their own judgement. Auctions by Golden makes no warrantees.
All sales are final.
2. Buyer’s premium: A 15% buyer’s premium applies to the purchase price if paying by cash. Buyers’ premium on credit card sales is 18%.
3. Sales Tax: Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% applies to all taxable sales. Tax Exempt Dealers MUST present a tax-exempt resale certificate at registration and complete Ma Tax form ST-4.
4. Left bids: Absentee bidders must register a credit card with their left bid. Upon winning the bid, the credit card will be charged (18% buyer’s premium + sales tax if applicable). Winning bidders will be notified at the end of sale. It is the bidder’s obligation to pick up the item as soon as possible.
5. Payment Methods: Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, no checks

Golden's had a fabulous auction event back on December 14th, at the United Congregational Church in Somerset. We were able to auction off a classic automobile as our opening item, followed by a variety unique collectables and antiques. It was a lovely time had by all! We had refreshments including Sam's meat pies, a well-known local favorite.

With the success of our Winter Auction, we are now hoping you will join us for a lovely Springtime Olde Tyme Auction with Golden's on Saturday, April 12th!

VIEWING/REGISTRATION WILL START AT 11AM - AUCTION WILL KICK OFF OFFICIALLY AT 2pm.

First, we will start the auction with a perfectly maintained BMW 535I, in a sleek black. Beautiful interior, a classic BMW style front, this one’s a beauty!

We will have a collection of early Doulton Lambeth and Burslem England pieces including a jardinière, vases, biscuit jars, Tobey mugs including a first edition of Winston Churchill, and an oversized early Doulton whiskey barrel.

Heavy cast iron Boston Terriers doorstops (we have 4)!

Several lots of LALIQUE - including a large cat, a pink paperweight, and lots of birds & other animals, some with plates rims underneath.
