- Cash and credit cards ($10 minimum) accepted. No personal checks, please. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and AS IS. NO RETURNS or NO EXCHANGES.
- For charges over $500, an ID is required
- Please bring your own boxes, bags, and materials to wrap items. We sometimes have wrapping materials, but not always.
- PLEASE NOTE: There is absolutely NO PARKING IN THE CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX. Please park on Andrew Ave or the lot behind the condos.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and don't block driveways. And please park on one side of the street.
- Entry numbers are given out beginning at 8:00 a.m.; doors open at 9:00 a.m. If a sign-up sheet is started, it has not been started by us; therefore, you
must be present to receive your number from the sheet at 8 am. So please take note, if you are not present to receive your number from the list at 8 am,
you FORFEIT YOUR NUMBER at that time.
- We try to ensure that the items pictured are available for our customers on sale day. Occasionally, the client decides to keep a pictured item. If you are
coming to the sale for a particular pictured item, you may want to call us before the sale to confirm availability.
