Sunday 30th.

Time: 9:00 -2:00 Both Days.

Address : 880 Boatswain Rd . Annapolis Md. 21401 in Heritage Harbor Community.

* If you can, please remember to bring your bags and boxes for carrying your treasures . 

* Please remember if you are buying large pieces of furniture, you must have someone to help carry and load.

This home has many nice  pieces of Furniture , Here are some of the items that we will have for this sale, Sofa, Chairs, A Dining room Table with 6 chairs, a beautiful Trudel Bed, A nice Iron Patio set, albums, And much, much more.               

Everything in this home is in excellent condition and it is a smoke and pet free home. Please look at all of the photos of all of  the beautiful treasures  that we will have at this sale .    

* Please make sure when moving furniture you have someone to help you , please do not drag any furniture, we cannot scuff the floors or bump any walls while moving any and all furniture .

Please remember if you are planning on buying heavy or large pieces of furniture remember to please bring someone to help you carry and load up your treasures, We cannot help you while we are conducting the sale . If you should buy a large or heavy item and you do not have anyone to help you , we can make arrangements with you after the sale or at a later time when you do have someone to help you , if you do not have anyone to help with large and heavy items we do have someone that will deliver furniture for a fee, they will deliver and set it up wherever you need it to be placed . 

*Neither Searching For Treasures ,The Homeowners ,or Anyone Else is responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property of the ongoing Estate Sale, you are entering at your own risk .

*Please do not block any of the neighbors mailboxes or driveways .

*Please do not bring pets to the sale .

*No food or drinks will be allowed into the home .

*No available restrooms to use .

*All sales are final .

*Please do not take it upon yourself to start up a signup sheet or a number system, We do not use this at our sales and we will not honor it .
