All sales are final. All items are listed as is and where is. You must reach out to us with questions prior to placing a bid. You assume full responsibility for an item once you bid on it and win it.

Items that cannot be claimed or shipped within 30 days become the property of Veteran Auctions for disposal or relisting. You may of course pay a 15% of hammer price as a relisting fee for Veteran Auctions to relist and reconsign the item on your behalf. This will be at the winning bidder's sole discretion within these 30 days of the sale and payment of an item. Consignor paperwork will be provided as requested.

Bidders

Approval of Registration. Veteran Auctions, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to approve or reject Bidders for its Auctions at any time. We are under no obligation to accept your application for registration.

Payment Methods:

All bids are final and cards on file will be charged within 72-hours of the close of the sale. No discount for cash or check at pickup will be provided. Payment via wire, Zelle or Venmo are also accepted means of payment. This auction uses Autopay by LiveAuctioneers. If you place a winning bid, your card will be charged shortly after the conclusion of the auction. Live auctioneers charges a processing fee. If you wish to avoid this fee please request to pay via Zelle or Venmo.

Sales Tax

Online purchases from Veteran Auctions may be subject to sales tax. Please see the following for more details. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of tax. Learn more about tax-exemption.

Pickup will be at the Annapolis Warehouse, unless otherwise stated. The warehouse is located at 1840 Margaret Ave. Suite A, Annapolis, MD 21401. Items must be picked up within 7 days. We will reach out with available time slots for you to choose from.

Storage:

If you wish us to hold an item for you beyond the assigned pickup day, a $5/day storage fee will apply to that lot.

Returns:

Under no circumstance except for fraud or gross listing error may an item be returned to Veteran Auctions. In the case that an item is authorized to be returned to Veteran Auctions, store credit in the amount of that item's sale shall be applied to that bidder's account until Veteran Auctions can make a final determination on the case through third-party appraisal arbitration and/or direct review.
