A friendly reminder , Please remember if you are planning on buying large pieces of furniture please bring someone to help carry and load it , we are unable to help you with this, If you don't have anyone we do have someone that can deliver for a fee , Also when moving furniture please be extra careful not to hit the walls scuff or drag furniture on  the wooden  floors . * Please remember if you are buying large pieces of furniture, you must have someone to help carry and load.

We will be in a lovely home with an abundance of very nice and beautiful furniture, all the furniture in this home is extremely beautiful,  very clean and very gently used ,it all looks like it was just bought .  This is a smoke  and pet free home . Here are just Some of the items that we will have at this sale .  A beautiful white leather sofa , a oak kitchen table with 6 matching chairs , a beautiful antique dining room table with 8 matching chairs , a king size bed , 2 double beds , a set of cargo bunk beds and matching furniture, a sofa , wing chairs , a vintage Schwinn bike  many other chairs , a desk and leather chairs ,many lamps , art work,  dishes and much ,much more .  

     please look at our pictures just to see how much there is at this sale. 

* Please make sure when moving furniture you have someone to help you , please do not drag any furniture, we cannot scuff the floors or bump any walls while moving any and all furniture .

Please remember if you are planning on buying heavy or large pieces of furniture remember to please bring someone to help you carry and load up your treasures, We cannot help you while we are conducting the sale . If you should buy a large or heavy item and you do not have anyone to help you , we can make arrangements with you after the sale or at a later time when you do have someone to help you , if you do not have anyone to help with large and heavy items we do have someone that will deliver furniture for a fee, they will deliver and set it up wherever you need it to be placed . 

*Neither Searching For Treasures ,The Homeowners ,or Anyone Else is responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property of the ongoing Estate Sale, you are entering at your own risk .

*Please do not block any of the neighbors mailboxes or driveways .

*Please do not bring pets to the sale .

*No food or drinks will be allowed into the home .

*No available restrooms to use .

*All sales are final .

*Please do not take it upon yourself to start up a signup sheet or a number system, We do not use this at our sales and we will not honor it .
