To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review a few important details below:


*Cash, credit, debit accepted. No checks please

*Entry numbers will be handed out at 8:00 am

* All items are sold AS-IS/WHERE-IS. All sales are final, so please inspect items carefully before purchasing

*We do not offer pre-sales and do not release pricing ahead of time.

* No public restrooms will be available on-site.

*Please be considerate of neighbors and their property.

*NO MOVING OF FURNITURE DURING THE SALE. If purchasing furniture, you must bring your own help . Pick up is available 3pm to 8pm on sale days or at any time agreed upon by the buyer and seller on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
All furniture/large items must be removed from the property by June 11th.

*Homeowners are NOT responsible for injury or damages either personal or material incurred by customers, shoppers, or third party movers or haulers while on the property. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries either inside or outside the property. Enter the property at your own risk.

* Items marked with “Sold” stickers or placed in a sold bin are no longer available.

* Only service animals are allowed on the property. Absolutely no other pets/dogs are permitted on property.
