1. Registration

All bidders must be 18 years or older and provide valid contact information. By registering, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth by Mission Critical Corporate & Estate Downsizing.
2. Bidding

All bids are binding and final. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. The highest bidder at the close of the auction is considered the winning bidder and is legally obligated to complete the purchase.
3. Buyer's Premium

A buyer’s premium will be added to the final hammer price. The current buyer’s premium rate will be displayed on the auction page.
4. Payment Terms

All items must be paid in full within 48 hours of auction close. Accepted payment methods:

Integrated payments via Credit/Debit Cards through HiBid
Cash on site
Venmo on site

If payment is not received within the required timeframe, the item may be offered to the backup bidder or re-listed. Non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auctions and reported to HiBid.
5. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged unless a valid resale certificate is submitted prior to payment.
6. Item Condition / "As-Is"

All items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS. No guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items (if available) and ask any questions prior to bidding.
7. Shipping & Pickup

No shipping is provided unless specifically stated on the item listing.

Items must be picked up during the designated pickup window stated on the auction page.

If alternate pickup is needed, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be made.

Any items left beyond 7 days without communication will be considered abandoned and resold without refund.

8. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be given for any reason, including condition, fit, or function.
9. Item Removal & Liability

You are responsible for the safe removal of your purchased items. Mission Critical Corporate & Estate Downsizing and the property owner are not liable for accidents or injuries on the premises during pickup.
10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the decision of Mission Critical Corporate & Estate Downsizing shall be final. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any bidder at our discretion.
11. Theft or Damage

Theft is a criminal offense and will be prosecuted. Any damage caused by the buyer during removal of items will be the financial responsibility of the buyer.
