Participation in any auction conducted by JP?s Estate Sale constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the following terms:
1. Buyer?s Premium
A 20% buyer?s premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot sold and is payable by the successful bidder as part of the total purchase price.
2. Payment
All invoices must be settled within 72 hours of issuance.
Autopay: If you have not contacted JP?s Estate Sale within 72 hours of the invoice being sent to arrange payment, the credit card used for registration will be automatically charged for the full invoice amount.
Accepted forms of payment include: credit card (via autopay), wire transfer, or certified funds when arranged in advance.
3. Sales Tax
Applicable state sales tax will be charged unless a valid resale certificate is provided prior to invoicing.
4. Condition of Property
All property is offered and sold ?as is? without warranty or guarantee of any kind.
Descriptions, condition reports, and photographs are provided for guidance only and should not be construed as a guarantee of condition or authenticity.
Prospective bidders are encouraged to request additional information prior to bidding.
5. Shipping & Collection
JP?s Estate Sale does not provide in-house packing or shipping services.
Buyers may select LiveShipping through the LiveAuctioneers platform or arrange delivery through a professional shipper of their choice.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to make the appropriate shipping selection and to finalize all arrangements in a timely manner.
Local collection is available by appointment. Items not collected within 3 days of the auction may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned.
6. Bidding & Responsibility
All bids are final and binding. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to honor the purchase at the hammer price plus buyer?s premium and applicable taxes and fees.
JP?s Estate Sale reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to or during the sale.
7. Liability
JP?s Estate Sale, its representatives, and consignors shall not be liable for errors or omissions in the catalog or any supplemental material.
Attendance at preview, sale, or pickup is at the risk of the attendee, who agrees to hold JP?s Estate Sale harmless from any accidents or damage.
