Large items will be listed on eBay for others to bid and purchase. Sales may be finalized, with cash in hand and a good offer. Bring a large vehicle for larger items, any items not removed by Monday, January 20th will be resold or thrown out without a full refund. As an estate sale, everything displayed will be for sale (not all items in pictures), sold items will be marked on site. Images on page will be refreshed with newer better pictures throughout the week.

If visiting for the sale, park at your own risk. Items will be displayed in an unheated barn. Dress appropriately. You may not enter the adjacent house.

This is an estate sale for my father, who was a curator for the Shipley House in Westminster. The house was built around the time of the Civil War. He refurbished the house and lived there for close to 40 years. Many of the items for sale are things related to the house and the civil war.
