Former Farnsworth Art Museum Curator's Whole House Sale

Our sale is located in a private, non-handicap accessible home. Please be mindful and respectful to the the owners of the home. No food or drink is permitted inside the home. Please be respectful of all areas taped off or marked "Private" and do not enter or open. All large hand bags, bookbags, etc will need to be left with the cashier while inside the home. There is no smoking or vaping permitted at this location. Minors and children must be accumpanied by direct adult control at all times.
No pets of any kind are permitted inside the home. This includes little purse dogs. Any behavior deemed to be rude, dishonest or disturbing to other guests will be cause for immediate eviction from the sale property. Shoplifting, changing tags, etc will be cause for immediate eviction and will be reported to the local law enforcement. Security cameras may be placed inside the property.
We (the sales company) and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents. injuries and/or propetry damages to yourself or others that occur during this sale. By entering the property you are assuming all responsibilities for anything that may occur whereby injuries, death or property damages may occur to yourself and all other guests at the sale.
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Venmo. We do not take personal or business checks.
There are no public restroom facilities at this sale location.
There are no "pre-sale" or early bird purchase times available.
We are unable to provide any moving, lifting or loading of heavy items. If purchased, please be prepared to provide your own help. We can recommend a local moving professional if needed. We allow a 48 hour window at the conclusion of the sale to remove any items purchased.
Calling with questions about availability. pricing, etc are very limited based on our availability to take calls. We encourage you to come to the sale and see that we price everything fairly. We offer second day sales at 25% off and 3rd day sales at 50% off to most merchandise. There will be some items that remain firm on price throughout the sale and bidding might apply to other certain items.
Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing materials to be sure that you get your finds home safely. We will have a "hold" area for you to place your items in until you have finished shopping. There is no holding of merchandise while thinking about purchasing it. Placed in the hold area means that you are expected to complete the purchase of these items. We reserve the right to cash you out for any higher valued items before you've completed your shopping.
Due to the size of the home, we may limit the number of people inside the home at any one time. We will post a notice on the entry procedure should this occur.
All sales are final, as is, where is. No refunds, exchanges or returns will be permitted. No warantees or guarantees expressed. We have a "you break it, you buy it" rule in place.
