There is every piece of equipment you would expect and then some more, then some more! FAQ's for this sale

How much is item X? We cannot give out prices before the sale. Come to the sale. We can quote prices on large items after 12pm Friday but I would get there in person if you have serious interest in something.

Can you send me more photos or give me measurements of a specific item? Unfortunately, NO. We are very busy and cannot drive back up to the house just to measure an item or provide more photos. We get 50-150 questions like this for EACH sale and would be out of business if we went back and got these little details every time. We also can't measure hundreds of items and list thousands of photos per sale as its not efficient and we would need to charge retail prices to make that make sense financially. This is not meant to be rude, its reality. The purpose of the photos is to give people an idea of what is at the sale. Estate sales are quick, 1 or 2 day sales where we offer items at wholesale pricing in order to sell quickly, and with as little prep work as possible. If you "won't make the trip unless you know for sure how much something is and if it fits in your space" you should consider shopping at retail stores and paying retail prices. Again, not meant to be rude, but that is how estate sales work. We price all items aggressively and are not like other companies that need to leave good items for the cleanout guys or are unrealistic about actual values and try to get crazy money for things. It is rare that someone attends our sales and leaves without something they wanted because of the price.

Can I buy items before the sale? "Im a serious buyer and will spend"- We get this question about 30 times per sale....NO. You need to come to the sale. This makes it fair for everyone.

What happens with the leftovers after the sale ends? Once the sale is over, its over. If you are interested in purchasing items in bulk and want to buy the garage contents, or all the clothes that are left, etc...COME TO THE SALE in person at the end of the final day. We have a lot of buyers for a variety of items and there are never any leftovers we "need to get rid of.". Most of the valuable items will sell and there will be some things leftover, but usually not expensive items..

Do you donate any items? YES. We have a charity we work with that comes to sales at the end and purchases/receives a variety of items based on their current needs. If you work for, volunteer for, or manage a LEGITIMATE AND Verifiable CHARITY ORGANIZATION, we are happy to donate what we can that's leftover to help your cause. We DO NOT give away items to for profit thrift shops, dealers, etc. If someone locally has had a fire or total loss event, we are happy to set them up as well with clothing furniture, etc. Verifiable cases ONLY please!

--in order to get $25 off your purchase of $50 or more from sharing the sale on facebook, you need to like AND follow Stress Free Estate Services' page and have at least 100 friends. This can be used once each day of the sale.

--Please Park on the side of road legally and respectfully and do not block neighbors. The driveway will be for loading items only. There is also a church across the street that usually has an empty lot.

--We cover all of New England and often get new customers that have not shopped with us before, or maybe just have never been to a professionally managed estate sale. To make things as STRESS FREE as possible for our customer, our buyers, and ourselves, we have tried to explain the entire process in this way too long explanation(sorry). Please call us anytime if you have questions at 833-sell4me (no texts go through). We are often working, driving, or knee deep in a shed full of stuff, so please call rather than text if you have questions.

--THE LIST--we post a sign up list outside the night before the sale when we finish prep work sometime after 10pm and before midnight. This list determines the order we let people into the sale first thing in the morning when we open up at 8am.. Please do not wait outside the home the night before. We normally can let the first 30 or so people enter, then one at a time until the line goes away. Please do not show up before 8pm or start your own list. You do not have to get on the list, but if there is a long line its how we determine the order we let people into the house. Sometimes there are 50 or more people on the list when we open, sometimes there are 20. We don't know when we will finish up or what time the list will go up so best bet would be to get there early in the am, sign up and come back at 715ish to find parking and be ready when we open doors.

--Once you sign the list please remain near your vehicle and stay off the property as the home will be occupied until a couple hours before the sale. You're welcome to leave and come back, but we can't have people peeking in windows, peeing in the bushes, and doing things that make the neighbors call the police.

--There is always only 1 person cashing out customers. We will empty your bags or boxes and will see each item. Please be prepared to wait a few minutes to checkout during the busy times. The bargains are worth the wait!

--We cannot allow anyone in early, and no prices can be given out, or any items sold before the sale. This makes it fair for everyone.

We offer a bunch of things a lot of other estate companies don't....

--we will help you carry items to your car once the initial rush is over. (Not responsible for damage or injury if we help you move items).

--We will have a porta potty available for your convenience as the house facilities are off limits. If you have a specific medical need, reach out PRIOR to the sale to see if you can be accommodated.

--Most sales are in private homes and not handicap accessible. If you reach out before we can let you know the layout and if it can accommodate a chair or walker etc.
-- We will be able to arrange a later pickup date if you can't take your large item right away. (must be paid in full to hold)

--We will sell large or higher value items over the phone after the opening rush, but you should come in person if you can, We cannot be sifting through clothing or chasing $5 items for phone buyers. The idea of this service is for the snowblower or lawnmower, or large table that you need to plan transportation for.

--We will have some packing paper to make your trip home with your treasures a bit safer. Bring boxes or bags, you're going to need them!

--No animals of any kind or size, food, or drink, can be allowed in the home. We have customers that have allergies, etc. We will have a trashcan to dispose of your coffees, or any other items before you enter if needed.

This is an in-person estate sale where items are sold first come first served (so get there early) to the first person that gets the item and purchases it. There is no bidding or online sales, and we cannot ship items. We will allow you to make a pile of sold items, but reserve the right to ask you to settle up at any time. If do choose to make a pile and have a pricing question, ask before you put the item aside. We assume if it's in your pile, you bought it(normal estate sale procedure). We cannot allow buyers to hold an item and think about it. It is either sold to you, or available for someone else to purchase.

--All items are sold AS IS where is, and there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

-- Please handle all items carefully, we expect you to pay for any item you damage or break.

--We cannot let you fire up the millennium falcon in the garage, but will make sure you can plug things in or start them up before you buy them. We want everyone to feel comfortable about their purchase, as there are no refunds or returns..

--PAYMENT METHODS-- We accept and prefer CASH, but will accept a credit card with a $50 minimum total purchase and 4% fee to cover the transaction costs if you run out of cash and want to keep buying. We can only accept a check only from customers we know.

--It is WICKED BAD to steal. We have cameras, we have people watching.. PLEASE DO NOT STEAL . We will prosecute you, etc!

--Please do not open cabinets and drawers, or closets that are taped off. Everything for sale is out in the open. We cannot have people pulling up floorboards and crawling into the attic looking for George Washington's wig, or a lost copy of the Declaration of Independence.

--You enter the property at your own risk. The company or homeowner not responsible for accident or injury.

--PLEASE be cool! Estate sales should be fun!

We have a zero tolerance policy for, and will not tolerate aggressive behavior towards staff, or other customers (pushing and shoving, yelling, arguing over items, etc.). Whatever situation that may arise, please be polite to the staff and other customers at all times. It gets crazy sometimes, but it's always fun, always tons of deals, and stress free if you let it be. If you see something or someone out of line, please say something so we can make it safe and fun for everyone. Reward for a tip leading to a shoplifter.

--Thank you, and we hope to see you at the sale!
