No exceptions!!. All firearms purchased online must be shipped to an FFL in your state in order for the background check to be performed. All in person or Maine residents who buy online are subject to an FFL backgound Check prior to transferring the firearm. We do accept curio and relic licenses on appropriate firearms. If you have either a Valid FFL or an FFL curio and Relic license, a copy must be given to the auction house prior to removal of the item.
