We accept cash and credit card. There will be a 3% additional fee for credit card sales and a minimum of $5 purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND AS IS. No guarantee written, expressed or implied. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over anything published. Due to circumstances beyond our control occasionally the estate owner or representative will take an item(s) from the home after the sale is published, we make every effort to inform our customers before the sale begins. If you are driving a long distance please feel free to contact us. Owner or estate company is not responsible for accidents which may occur on the premises.Buyers are responsible for their purchases, not the owner or estate sale company.This is a 3 day sale on Saturday, Sunday and possibly Monday. The sale begins at 9am on all days. The address will be posted Friday morning. Sign In sheet will be put out Friday evening after 7 pm. In order to hold your place in line customer must be back by 8:45 the next morning.
