Bring help to load large items. We do not have people to help carry large heavy items
The property owners nor the estate sale workers are not responsible for accidents
All items must be picked up by the close of the last day of the sale.

A sign up sheet will be put out a half hour before the opening of the sale (9:30 a.m.) on the first day only. We will not honor any sign up sheet other than our own. Everyone must sign in, one person on each line.
