Bring help to load large items, you will be responsible for moving all purchases made and also be responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries caused by moving your purchased items. We do offer moving services at special rates if you need assistance.
This sale contains many valuable items, so please be careful, We do not recommend bringing children to this sale unless completely supervised. You will be responsible for any items you break.
You enter our sale at your own risk, Estate Discounts is not responsible for any personal injuries while on the grounds during our sales, thank you for understanding.
Parking can be along the road. Please do not block any driveways or mailboxes and please stay off the grass/front lawns, grass/sod is very soft this time of year.
All sales are final, there will be no returns or refunds allowed, so review all items carefully before you purchase them.

This is a special sale, Estate Discounts is privileged to be hosting the Estate of Lucille and Jim Nawara.
Both Jim and Lucille are both renowned Artists from Michigan. Jim was the Art Professor at Wayne State University, and his paintings are collected Globally by both Private Collectors as well as Museums. Lucille,Jim’s Wife, is also an amazing multi media artist from oil paintings in the sixties to amazing watercolors more recent in her career. Lucille is also collected by a wide range of Clientele, her works will soon to be shown at the DIA.
A full Bio will be available to view during the sale for both Jim and Lucille. Copies can be provided to anyone purchasing a significant piece of art during the sale.
There will be many pieces available for purchase; Original Oil Paintings, Watercolors, and Scetches, as well as signed lithographs and Serigraphs of all sizes. Pictures will be updated right up to the day of the sale, there is a significant amount of work for sale and therefore amazing deals will be offered. Majority of all works available are signed by these two amazing artists.
This sale will also have some MCM furniture pieces, kitchen wears, beautiful hand knotted rugs from small to large, decorative art, such as sculptures, Crystals, home goods, Christmas items, Art & cooking & general reading books, Tools; both power and landscaping tools , hoses, outdoor furniture , nice bicycles, high end Weber grill, toys, games, men’ and women’s clothing, coats, sewing and knitting materials, high end lamps, sofas , etc. Outside furniture (both metal and wickers sets will be available).
For the artists: all types of materials will be available, oils and watercolor inks, rolls of linen canvases in rolls, frames for stretching, tons of high quality Arches paper of many sizes. Extremely large stretched canvases ready for the next Picasso or in this case Nawara to create your masterpiece .
Easel’s which can handle the largest of pieces( both metal and wood, Complete photography dark room equipment available. High quality items such as Resizing , editing, etc, etc. Both Jim and Lucille were outstanding photographers as well, signed photos will also be available.
There may never be another sale like this one, There is something for everyone and all ages.
