We will not quote prices for items pre-Sale. All sales are final. No fair offers refused! No returns. Items sold as is, where is. It is your responsibility to verify all items to be what you expect them to be. No Hoarding. You buy what you pile or buy nothing. Inventory and hours are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. A sale is finalized when the buyer says that they are buying a particular item to a crew member of United Estate Consultants and that item is paid for. When attending any of our estate sales, you agree to enter at your own risk and hold harmless United Estate Consultants of any and all liability of every kind. United Estate Consultants is not responsible for you in any way, shape or form as a result of your attending any of our sales. United Estate Consultants is not responsible for nonfunctioning items you purchase. Please verify the item works before you pay. BRING HELP to move large items you purchase or there will be a $50.00 charge to move large items to your vehicles at sale location.
