PARKING ON 100TH STREET WILL BE DIFFICULT AND IT IS A BUSY ROAD . PARKING WILL BE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY, HOWEVER, THERE IS A LIMITED NUMBER OF CARS WE CAN ALLOW DEPENDING ON WEATHER. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE BUT WE ASK THAT YOU BE PATIENT AND RESPECT THE PROPERTY AND EACH OTHER!

* We accept CASH, VENMO and CREDIT CARD (Minimum $10.00). A Credit Card fee of 3% will be added to Credit Card transactions.
* Offers will be held until last day and decisions are at the sole discretion of Hooked Estate Sales.
* You must bring help for moving larger items. We do not move or assist of the moving of items. , All items must be removed by the end of the sale.
* We do not respond to price inquiries prior to the sale. Any additional questions can be emailed to hookedestatesales@gmail.com.
* No pre-sales. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is. No holds and no refunds after items are sold.
* You are PARKING AND ENTERING the sale at your own risk. The homeowner and Hooked Estate Sales are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

Day 1 numbers will be available at 3:00 PM April 23, 2025 via or virtual sign-up. You must be present at 9:45 AM day 1 (Thursday) to get your number.
