This sale will take place at a private residence/estate.
The entrance and exit to the sale will be through the front door only!
Acceptable payments will include credit card (through Apple Square), Venmo Business, Personal Check (with valid Driver’s License), and…our personal favorite…cold hard cash! ☺️
!!!!IMPORTANT Sign-Up Procedure!!!!!!!!
• A sign up sheet will be put out by 6am on the first day of the sale.
• Look for the clipboard the lighted front porch by the front door.
• Numbered cards will be handed out at the same location exactly ONE HOUR PRIOR to the start of the sale for those who have signed up by that time…9am sharp for this sale!
• Each individual who signs up MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT ONE HOUR BEFORE THE START OF THE SALE in order to receive their number card or their position in line will be lost. There can be NO EXCEPTIONS (mechanical problems, traffic, the need for a bathroom stop, “I didn’t know”) and, for the sake of clarity, if you’re walking up to the house to get your number while I’m reading off names and your name has already been read, then you are LATE.…so PLEASE save us both a very uncomfortable and unpleasant situation and make sure you’re on time. [For the record, I will never, EVER begin the handing out of numbers early…not even one minute!].
• The signup sheet will remain available for those who arrive after the numbers have been handed out. If you hope to gain entry to the sale based on your arrival time but missed the deadline for getting a number, all is not lost…you can still add your name to the sheet.
• Entrance to the sale will be allowed to those with numbers first (in order, of course!), and subsequently in order by the names listed on the signup sheet, and followed by those who have arrived but didn’t sign up.
• Please print clearly! I will leave a pen with the sign up sheet, but on cold days, it would be suggested that you also bring your own pen with you to sign up, as the pen I leave may succumb to the weather.
A bid box will be available on the first day of the sale for items priced at or above $25.
NOTE: Bids at or below 50% of the listed price will not be accepted.
This sale is considered a private estate sale, so the seller cannot be held accountable for items that are defective, missing parts, or otherwise imperfect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check over their intended purchases prior to payment. All sales are final.

This sale has something for EVERYONE…especially if you like to fish!!! ;0)
Honestly…there were so many items to set up for this sale that we had to use every closet, every shelf, the bathtub, tables on top of tables, and even the furnace to display it all!
Make sure you check out the video tour and closely inspect the pics…we did our best to document and present everything there is to find here, but there were so many treasures that some were bound to have been missed. Maybe you should be the one to find those?!?
So it’s not just that there’s a TON of items in this beautiful little condo…the amazing thing is that each, if not new, is of good to great quality…from the kitchen items to the shoes to the artwork to the fishing lures to the tools…you’ll find they were all purchased from the best names and manufacturers!
There are fantastic furniture pieces…cabinets, dressers, night stands, coffee tables, a curved sofa, two banister beds, end tables, a desk…and that’s just a start. There is also a plethora of beautiful lighting options.
Electronics include a nice Samsung TV, a Bose music system, a Yamaha soundbar, a vintage Panasonic boombox, a TiVo unit, and a Yamaha receiver, an Onkyo CD Player, a JVC stereo cassette player, a vintage GE Power Sound, a Sony DVD Player, a Sony VHS Player, and a pair of Mirage tower speakers!
There’s more tools than can be listed, but the highlights are a Craftsman 10” Table Saw, a Husquvarna Chainsaw, a Black & Decker 18” Hedge Trimmers, a Skil Leaf Blower, a Toro Snow Thrower, and a Skil Weed Trimmer. If working with handled tools is your style, we’ve got plenty of shovels, rakes, and brushes for you. There’s a trunk load of auto supplies…as well as parts and hardware for a motorcycle, boat, and bicycles. Speaking of bikes, there’s also two vintage Schwinn bikes…each with a child seat attached. If your kiddo isn’t up for a bike ride, the there’s a nice jogger available, a Radio Flyer trike, and a vintage wagon for the slow riders!
For those of you who like to fish…especially for the big ones on the Big Lake…then this sale will be your Shangri-La!!! There is more here than some sporting goods stores! There’s multiple planer boards in a variety of sizes, hooks, various types of line, lead weights, dipsy downers, rubber worms, spoons (literally HUNDREDS of them!!!), fishing poles, 4 large nets, a portable fish cleaning table, trolling accessories, bait cans, a dozen options for storing and transporting your tackle, a very high end Garmin Panoptix Livescope Sonar System, and more lures than you can’t count or ever use for that matter! There’s even helpful literature and charts to help select the appropriate lure. And when you bring your catch home, you can prepare it for dinner on your new smoker or gas grill…with all the necessary utensils, of course!
But it doesn’t stop there…this sale offers plenty to meet your boating needs, too! From life jackets to emergency equipment, to anchors, rope, rod holders, cleats, a marine gas tank, a boat compass, and tubes and rafts.
Camping more your style, perhaps? Well…we gotcha covered there, too! Sleeping bag, small Weber charcoal grill, a Coleman gas cook stove, camp cooking supplies (dishes, plates, plastic silverware, coffee mugs, napkins, etc.) bug spray, flashlights, coffee makers, a good half dozen coolers, and more.
