- Numbers are distributed 30 minutes PRIOR to START OF SALE. You MUST BE PRESENT to receive your number. ONE NUMBER PER PERSON. If someone puts a sign up sheet out, we will honor it by calling names from the sheet 30 minutes prior to start of sale. If you are not present at the time of numbers being handed out, you will be moved to the end of the list.

- TERMS: Cash, Check (must have VALID Drivers License) or Credit/Debit Card are accepted (no service fees)! Please no credit/debit cards for purchases totaling under $5.00

- Everything sold on a first-come, first-served, "as is", or "where is" basis. All sales are final.

- Bring YOUR OWN muscle & tools to dismantle & remove heavy objects (we are not able to help). Large items must be removed prior to end of sale.

Description & Details

Welcome to the Ronald & Evelyn Shoup Estate Sale, hosted by Meant To Be Estate Sales, LLC. Our sale begins on Friday, Sept 11 (9am-5pm) - Saturday, Sept 12 (9am-4pm)!

This residence is very clean and organized, with quality smalls, lovely collectables, elegant glassware, fine furniture for sale, German Wood Smokers, a Roland Juno-106 Synthesizer, Clock Collection, great kitchen & dining wares, Steelcase MCM Chairs and much, much more!

Ronald was a music educator in the Flint Public Schools in Flint, Michigan. He directed the Flint Northern HS's Band, as well as others in the Flint Public Schools, including the Flint Jr. Symphony. Ronald & Evelyn were married for 57 years until he passed at 79 years of age in 2019. They lived in the residence for 15+ years. Evelyn is now downsizing and moving to other accommodations.

This is a two-story condominium with attached basement and garage.
