9) Bring assistance when removing furniture from the home, we are limited in the amount of help we can give when it comes to removing furniture from the home. If you require assistance to move furniture out of the home, a charge of $10 will be added to your purchase price

You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1) There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2) Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public. So please pay attention to the signs. If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed. Let's not make this weird.

3) You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture. Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house. But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4) This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5) Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell. We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate. If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6) Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

Canton................we are back!!! And this one is going to be fun. Let's just start off by saying we have a Mid Century Modern Aluminum Pom-Pom Christmas tree, and we have more and more to offer. This clean and comfortable smoke free and pet free home, also has baseball cards, vintage and antique furniture.

Please do understand, that this one is going to be quick clean and easy, and this one is going to be super fun. And all the furniture that we have in the house that will be for sale. Oh yes, the house is going to be for sale as well. Did we mention that this sale is going to be like a trip down memory lane, as well as a blast to the future as well.

Today is 11/23/2025, and we are just getting started, please do give us till next week and we can post more pictures, but for now, we are going to enjoy some time with family, and happy Thanksgiving!

Alright, alright, alright. This one is shaping up to be so so much fun!! Every door, every cupboard, every room, is just teasing us with vintage, modern, collectible, one of a kind, and so much more. Baseball cards, and comic books. Pink Pyrex, and Aluminum Christmas Tree. We have some of the most wonderful Mid Century Modern, and Antique, and also vintage furniture as well.

Just remember, today is 12/01/2025 and we are posting more pictures, but give us until tomorrow when we have a full charge on the battery. But we are back, and we are ramping up the sales. And this one in Canton is one that you will not want to miss. We are pricing everything so we can sell out. We will be back with more updates tomorrow, so stay tuned!

So, as promised, we are back, and just so you know, Canton and the outlying areas we are going to have FUN!!. We never knew what happens when you open up a time capsule, and treasure trove all at once, and thank goodness it was not Pandora that popped out! Gather round children, we've a story to tell, Pandora was more than just a music icon in her day, and a fashion jewelry designer, oh she was so much more!

This one just makes us smile, and laugh and then go, what the heck, are you serious?!?! Yes this one is going to be that much fun, and yes, we are serious, we've a vintage MCM GOLD Christmas Tree, and a silver one as well, with all the original tags on it!! Every branch on the silver tree has all of the original tags. We also have found some real gems, and we mean real gems of Christmas ornaments too. Vintage as can be, the likes of which we have never seen before.

Every single item at this sale is remarkable and true and authentic. We are still uncovering items day by day so give us just a few more days to organize, and we can provide more pictures too.

Disclaimer, we cannot take photos of all the Hockey Cards, and Baseball cards that we have. We will be here until 2063 if we did so. We will take more, but Topps gave us a good run for our money. Yes we have that many baseball and hockey cards...seriously!!

Alright so today is 12/07/2025 and we are just days away from opening the doors to this magnificent sale. We will be adding pictures everyday until we open the doors on this outstanding sale on Thursday. You just never know what you will uncover when setting up a sale of this magnificent caliber. For example, it only took tries to get the right angel for the Faygo year anniversary glasses. Or all the wonderful vintage Christmas ornaments.

The garage holds many cleaning and lawn care supplies, along with coolers, microwave, and lawn and garden tools as well. A treasure trove if you will of all things lawn and yard care.

Alright stay tuned the next few days are going to be a whirlwind of fun and excitement. Enjoy the pictures, they tell you a lot about what we are so excited about. Plus, it looks nice, you know us, we take pride in showing things in their best possible light.

Canton Michigan is the place to be, farm living is the life for me, land stretching so far and wide, just leave Manhattan and give that Canton side! Yes this one is going to be that much fun!
