As we are in the winter months, please do take your time. Sidewalks, driveways, and pathways, can be slippery due to snow and ice conditions. While we make certain that every possible surface is cleaned, and salted, ice can happen, so can snow. So please take that extra precaution.


You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1) There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2) Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public. So please pay attention to the signs. If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed. Let's not make this weird.

3) You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture. Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house. But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4) This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5) Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell. We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate. If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6) Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

7) A lot of time and effort went into setting this wonderful sale up. Please do be neat and respectful when looking at and putting back items. We certainly do appreciate you!


This is going to be a NO SHOES allowed in the house. Please bring comfy shoes so you can slip them on or off. Depending on the weather we will provide shoe covers, but those shoe covers do not work on wet shoes. So plan the shoe situation accordingly.


Parking is going to be allowed in the parking lot across the street in the shopping plaza. We will have a traffic guy there directing traffic and parking, and making sure that crossing the street safely.


This one is going to be so much fun. We are going to be packed with all types of treasures. We are talking, high end, remarkable finds, and most of them are new. This is a clean and smoke free home. Again, this one is going to be fun, with some twists and turns, and amazing surprises too.

Alright this is the one that you have been waiting for. We have fun and quirky Jadeite pottery pieces, along with other great pottery pieces too.

We have a very large, and we mean large and complete UNIKAT pottery, that is all signed, and numbered. We also have a much larger collection of BOLESLAWIEC Polish Pottery as well. The pictures do not even do justice to the amount, of pottery that we have or the collection of pieces that each tell each their own story. Each and every piece is simlply remarkable.

We have a very nice, very large collection of coffee mugs, or if your a tea drinker these are also for you. Perfect for hot chocolate too

We have an extremely rare collection of Susan Bolt Pottery, H&R Johnson Tiles, and Longaberger Baskets, along with Amish made handcrafted baskets too. Original and signed.

We have great pieces of framed artwork, and wall art as well. We also are very pleased to have an extremely large collection of hard cover and soft cover books as well.

As for the holidays we have Christmas, Easter, and Halloween. Pewter items as well.

And as far as that Jackie Wilson rocking horse, we have that for sale as well, and we are allowed to market the rocking horse on other sites, and pre-sell that piece too. It was one of the last pieces that she hand carved.

We are starting the year off strong for 2026, and trust us, it is only going to get better. This one should have you excited, as this is going to be one amazing estate sale!

Today is 03/18/2026 and we are in high gear with the set up and making things look nice mode. From Jadeite, to Polish Pottery, Bags of vintage marbles, and stacks and stacks and stacks of books, this sale is going to have it all, and we do plan on being busy as well
