1.) All items are sold as-is, where-is. By bidding, you acknowledge that you have researched the item as fully as you desire or that you have chosen not to research the item. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and should not be interpreted as a guarantee. We will call attention to exceptions from expected age deterioration or damage as far as we can. If there is a question in your mind about a particular item, we suggest that you do not bid.
2.) Items that are being shipped must be paid in full before they will be released for shipping. Blue Lake Auctions will provide packing labor, materials, and shipping at the posted cost.
3.) All sales are subject to a 25% buyer's premium.
4.) The auctioneer reserves the right to execute reserves or withdraw auction items at its discretion.
5.) Michigan purchases only will be subject to a Michigan sales tax of 6% unless a Tax ID number is provided. Shipments to destinations outside Michigan are not subject to sales tax.
6.) The auctioneer's liability to the buyer resulting in loss or damage shall not exceed the bid amount plus the buyer's premium.
7.) International duties and customs fees are passed on to the bidder.
