If you know this house, you know the prior owner housed more than 40 years of treasures, curiosities, and incredible finds here! This is an estate liquidation that includes a wide variety of personal property, household goods, sporting goods, shop equipment, books, electronics, knick-knacks, appliances, and more! This sale is managed by family, and our goal is to liquidate as much property as possible in a single weekend. In the spirit of our family member who owned the house, who loved a good garage sale or estate sale, no reasonable barter, haggle, or offer will be refused - we would rather see this property go to a good home!
