A $1.00 transaction fee will be applied to all credit/ debit, Cash app and Venmo sales.
No pre sales. No pricing will be given in advance to the sale day.
The home owner, nor estate liquidator can be held responsible for any accidents, or injuries while attending estate sale at this location.
Please watch your step at all times. Please be courteous of others and their space.
All children must be supervised by an adult when entering. Children will not be allowed inside without an adult.
No oversized bags or purses allowed into sale.
Please arrive no later than 2 pm the final day of the estate sales in order to pick up large purchases. When purchasing large items we recommend that you please bring additional assistance for the moving and loading your items. Our storage bins/plastic totes are not for sale nor are the wicker baskets, plastic shelving units or jewelery trays.
If your looking to buy in bulk, please bring additional boxes for packing.
• All sales are final. No Returns. Please check your bags prior to leaving.
Please be considerate of the neighbors. Do not block driveways, and be sure to follow street ordinances.
Consider it Sold pt. 2 may use their own discretion as to the number of people allowed in the home at one time.
