By attending this sale, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

We accept cash and credit/debit cards.

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied.

No refunds, exchanges, returns, or adjustments will be made — regardless of condition, functionality, completeness, defects, or odors.

By choosing to purchase an item, you accept full responsibility for that item immediately upon payment.

- Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Family Nest of Michigan LLC d/b/a Family Nest Greater Lansing, the property owner, and all affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, theft, or damages of any kind occurring on or around the sale premises.

Each sale is conducted in a private residence or property that may include, but is not limited to:

Stairs or steps

Uneven flooring

Low-clearance areas

Tight walkways

Outdoor hazards

You enter the property at your own risk and assume all responsibility for your safety and belongings. Please remain cautious and aware of your surroundings at all times.

- No Pre-Sales / No Price Requests

No pre-sales permitted.

No calls, texts, emails, or messages requesting prices before or during the sale.

All pricing is available in person only.

-Personal Belongings

For security purposes, no large bags are permitted. Wallets only.

- Sale-Day Announcements

Verbal announcements and notifications made on the day of the sale take precedence over any previously posted, written, printed, online, or photographic information.

-Removal of Purchases

All purchases must be removed from the premises at the time of purchase unless otherwise announced.

Moving, lifting, loading, and transportation of purchased items are solely the buyer’s responsibility. Please come prepared with appropriate help, tools, and vehicles.

- Respect for Neighbors

Please be courteous and respectful of surrounding neighbors and properties:

Do not block driveways

Do not block mailboxes

Follow all posted parking regulations

Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave.
