7 miles south of downtown Fremont on Warner or 1 mile north of the Muskegon River bridge on Warner St. to 108th, then west 1/2 mile to the dead end. 30 minutes from Muskegon, and 45 minutes from Grand Rapids. From outside of the area, it's best to "google maps" as there are several ways to get here.

THE AUCTION BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 10AM! INSPECTION IS FRIDAY FROM 11AM-5PM and 8AM SATURDAY, A valid drivers license is REQUIRED to register! All purchases must be paid for no later than the conclusion of the auction. Out of state checks will NOT be accepted! In-State checks will be accepted ONLY with prior approval of TNS Staff! All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with NO warranties written or implied! Midwest Liquidators is an agent for TNS Estates only to act as a pre-contracted auctioneer. You must bring your own labor to load heavy items. All items MUST be removed by Monday, June 16 at 5pm unless specific arrangements are made with TNS for later in the week pick up. Open Sunday and Monday from 11am-5pm for removal of goods! Midwest, or the TNS Estates are not responsible for any accidents or injuries during any part of this sale.
