Yes, I am the Vern that has been conducting estate sales for several years and own the Estate Sales Warehouse in Muskegon. Now after 55 years of owning my home and recently loosing my wife, I have decided to downsize and list my house with Sandi Gentry - Remax

My late wife was a reader so lots of books. Also lots of cooking utensils and kitchen appliances. She had various collections such as Dolphins, Jewelry, Art, Wall Decor and more. She also had a passion for Christmas items.
