* All jewelry and other small valuables stored off-site until the day of the sale.
* You must bring help for moving furniture and other larger items. We do not move or assist of the moving of items. Please bring your own personpower and equipment.
* All items must be removed by the end of the sale.
* We do not respond to price inquiries prior to the sale.
