- Bathrooms are NOT available for public use.

- PLEASE leave young children at home or with an adult outside.

- Numbers are distributed 30 minutes PRIOR to START OF SALE. You MUST BE PRESENT to receive your number. ONE NUMBER PER PERSON. If someone puts a sign up sheet out, we will honor it by calling names from the sheet 30 minutes prior to start of sale. If you are not present at the time of numbers being handed out, you will be moved to the end of the list.

- TERMS: Cash, Check (must have VALID Drivers License) or Credit/Debit Card are accepted (no service fees)! Please no credit/debit cards for purchases totaling under $5.00

- Everything sold on a first-come, first-served, "as is", or "where is" basis. All sales are final.

- Bring YOUR OWN muscle & tools to dismantle & remove heavy objects (we are not able to help). Large items must be removed prior to end of sale.

- Meant To Be, LLC & the Homeowner are not responsible for any accidents held on site.

- Announcements the day of the sale will take precedence over written advertised notice.

- A BID box will be available the 1st day of the Sale. All Bids must be over 50% of the original price. All Bids at or below the 50% of the original price will NOT be accepted. All winning bids MUST be picked up by 12 noon on the second day of the sale, or arrangements must be made with Meant To Be, LLC.

- Do not block the driveways, mailboxes and/or garbage cans. Kindly be respectful of everyone's property. The driveway is used for drop off and pick up only.

- We do not respond to price inquiries, NOR do we answer phone calls during sale hours.

- No pre-sales unless noted as such.
