TERMS & CONDITIONS

We are pleased to welcome you to this private residence sale. Due to the size and popularity of this collection, early arrival is strongly recommended as demand is expected to be high. This event features a large, curated collection of fragile, collectible, and boxed merchandise. To protect the home, the collection, and to ensure a safe and efficient shopping experience for all guests, the following policies will be in place and strictly enforced.

ENTRY & LINE SYSTEM

To maintain a safe, fair, and controlled environment:
-A maximum of 12 shoppers will be allowed inside at one time
-Entry will be managed using a numbered ticket system
-Tickets will begin being distributed at approximately 8:30 AM
-Doors open at 9:00 AM
-At opening, entry will follow ticket order
-After opening, entry will be one-out / one-in
-As each shopper exits, the next ticket number will be admitted.

Additional guidelines:
-Each person must obtain their own ticket in person
-No proxy tickets, saving spots, or holding places for others
-You must be present and ready when your number is called
-No indoor waiting is permitted
-Please wait outside or in your vehicle
-Entryways and access points must remain clear at all times

TICKET DISTRIBUTION (MORNING & THROUGHOUT THE DAY)

Tickets will be distributed beginning at approximately 8:30 AM prior to opening.
During peak periods, a staff member will be present to distribute tickets. Later in the day, staffing may vary.

If you arrive and no staff member is present:
-Please wait near the designated entry area
-A staff member will return periodically as space becomes available
-Tickets will be issued in order of arrival among those present

Important:
-Tickets determine entry order
-You must be physically present to receive a ticket
-No proxy tickets or place-holding for others

LINE STATUS (QR ACCESS)

For convenience, a live line status page will be available via QR code at the sale location.
The QR page displays the current ticket number being admitted
This allows shoppers to wait in vehicles while monitoring progress

Important:
-The QR page is for informational purposes only
-It does not replace or assign tickets
-It does not hold or reserve entry position
-Shoppers are responsible for returning promptly when their number is approaching.

If you miss your number:
-You will be worked in at the next available opening
-Original position priority cannot be guaranteed
-We are unable to call, text, or notify individual shoppers.

NO EARLY ACCESS

No early entry
No previews, pre-sales, or holds
No access prior to posted opening time
All purchases begin at the published sale start time.

PAYMENT
Cash is preferred
Venmo and Zelle are accepted
Credit cards are accepted with a processing fee

SHOPPING GUIDELINES

To protect the home and merchandise:
-No large bags, totes, or boxes inside (small purses permitted)
-Please move carefully and keep walkways clear
-Access is limited to open sale areas only
-Closed or marked areas are not open to the public
-Handle all items with care, especially fragile and boxed merchandise
-Children must remain with an adult at all times
-Unattended items may be returned to the sales floor.

HOLD AREA

A designated hold area is available for active shoppers only.
Items are not considered sold until paid for
Use designated hold areas only
Do not place items in hallways, floors, or non-designated spaces
You must be able to clearly identify your held items

Operational guidance:
-To maintain flow in a limited-entry home, we encourage shoppers to complete selections and proceed to checkout within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30–45 minutes during peak periods).
-Items left unattended for extended periods or not actively being shopped may be returned to the sales floor to maintain space and flow.
-Large items may be staged or handled at staff discretion based on flow and safety
-All operational decisions regarding hold management and flow will be made by staff.

All purchases must be completed at the checkout area
Please have payment ready when possible

CONDITION & FINAL SALE

Items will be presented as accurately as possible; however, buyers are encouraged to inspect items carefully prior to purchase.

DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY

PICKUP & LOAD-OUT

Only paid items may be moved to the load-out area.
Sale flow: Entry → Shop → Checkout → Load-Out → Exit
Buyers must bring appropriate help, materials, and vehicles.

This sale is located in a private residential neighborhood.
Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or mailboxes
Do not park on grass
Follow all posted parking guidance
Be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties

CONDUCT & ENFORCEMENT

This is a private residence. We appreciate your cooperation with staff directions, which help ensure safety and smooth flow for all shoppers.
Do not block entry or traffic flow
Do not enter restricted areas
Do not remove unpaid items
Handle all merchandise with care
Treat staff, the home, and other shoppers respectfully
Anyone disrupting the sale or ignoring guidelines may be asked to leave.
