Victorian Estate Sale

We will be conducting the 4th sale at the Victorian house on October 31-November 1, 2025. These sales have been so popular we have run into occupancy limits and traffic issues. Although this will be a publicly announced sale we are requiring the purchase of tickets so that we can control the number of people in the home and manage parking on the property. This sale will include access to two additional upstairs rooms and the basement. Items in the garages and main floor that were available at previous sales will be discounted 50% (except furniture). THERE ARE PLENTY OF ITEMS FOR EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF YOUR TIME SLOT. Here is how this sale works:
You buy tickets for a time slot to enter, all tickets are $10 maximum 4 per order.
Once you enter you are welcome to stay until closing.
When you purchase items, your ticket price will be credited back to you.

* We accept CASH, VENMO and CREDIT CARD (Minimum $10.00). A Credit Card fee of 3% will be added to Credit Card transactions.
* Offers will be held until last day and decisions are at the sole discretion of Hooked Estate Sales.
* You must bring help for moving larger items. We do not move or assist of the moving of items. , All items must be removed by the end of the sale.
* We do not respond to price inquiries prior to the sale. Any additional questions can be emailed to hookedestatesales@gmail.com.
* No pre-sales. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is. No holds and no refunds after items are sold.
* You are entering the sale at your own risk -- the homeowner and Hooked Estate Sales are not responsible for accidents.

PARKING ON STREET PERMITTED EXCEPT WHERE NO PARKING SIGNS EXIST. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS, FIRE HYDRANTS OR MAILBOXES, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS AND PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE PROPERTY.
