- PLEASE BRING HELP FOR LARGE ITEMS. We may not be able to help move furniture or heavy items!
- If an item is to be left for a later pick up, it must be paid for before you leave.
- THE OFFICIAL SIGN UP SHEET FOR ENTRY WILL BE PLACED BY THE FRONT DOOR ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25th AT 11:00 AM. This is the only list that will be honored for entry. We anticipate allowing 25 people in at the start and more as we’re able. Entry numbers will be given at 8:30am on opening day of sale. Doors open at 9:00am. Please form a line for entry based on the order of arrival.
- Please do not go past the yellow caution tape if arriving early.
- This is a living estate so please respect areas of the home that are not open to the sale. Thanks!

Legacy Estate Services, LLC, is honored and excited to bring to you our next sale in Cascade! This beautiful home features so many stunning items!

Upon entry, you’ll see the gorgeous leather sofa, two chairs, a rolling, vintage-inspired coffee table and a colorful rug bringing it all together. The main bedroom houses a beautiful distressed white bedroom set including queen size bed, nightstands and matching dresser with mirror. The dining room holds a large round table with wicker chairs and another vintage- inspired bar cart. Throughout the home you’ll find other very nice furniture, decor, household items, collectibles and some antiques. The lower level houses the newer pool table, pub table with stools, another queen bed, a sewing table and a Husky work table that can be lowered and raised. Overlooking the lake is a beautiful deck with many outdoor furniture pieces including a TV in a weatherproof case.
