Cash and Venmo accepted.

No early sales it is first come first serve. All sales are final and all items are sold as-is, with no refunds, exchanges, warranties, or guarantees. Please inspect items before purchasing and ask for help if needed.

Buyer is responsible for removing purchased items during posted hours; bring proper help, tools, packing materials, and vehicles for large or heavy items.
There will be a limited number of boxes and packing material available that can be provided for use.

There is no bathroom available at this sale. These are items that have been brought here from the original estate so there will only be inside access to two attached areas to the house and outside displays.

Items that are requested to be place on hold will require a $20.00 deposit to have them set aside. If you do not return by the required pick-up time the deposit will be not be refunded and the item placed back for sale.

The homeowner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or damage after purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, correct errors, and remove items from the sale as needed. This is a two-day sale, please be aware that some items will not be 50% off on the second day but fair offers will be considered.

No Large bags.
No dogs allowed.

Please be respectful to each other and to the surround neighbor’s property. Do not block their driveway access.

Please be aware that cameras have been posted in certain areas.
