Grandville Moving Estate Sale

A sign up sheet will be placed outside at 7am. You may sign up and leave. Be back 15 minutes before the sale starts to get your place in line.
If you are caught tampering with the list, you will be moved to the end of the line or asked to leave.

We DO NOT tolerate pushing, shoving, tripping or fighting to get to an item. NOTHING is worth that. We will ask you to leave and the police could be called.

We reserve the right to sell larger items before the sale as we see fit. If there is a larger item you’re interested in, call/text us. (Large items include - beds, dining room tables, sofas etc... NOT including large collections)

Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

There will be NO restroom available.

We use square for credit/debit with a 25 dollar minimum . Square adds 3% on all transactions. We happily accept cash and Venmo.

Please bring help with moving larger pieces of furniture, we will be happy to help when we can but this is not always possible.

All items bought must be picked up by the end of the sale. We do not deliver.

All items sold 'as is'. Please make sure the item you wish to purchase works to your satisfaction first.

We are not responsible for injuries during the sale.

All sales are final. NO returns or refunds.
