Do NOT enter property before or after sale hours. Please be advised the police department has been notified of the sale and WILL be patrolling the home and area around the clock. Please follow ALL parking laws. No parking in the driveway or on property. No large bags or purses. No ANIMALS of any kind. We are CASH only. We are not responsible for any damages or accidents while on the property. Enter the home at your own risk. Bring help to load all items WE ARE NO LONGER HELPING MOVE PURCHASED ITEMS. No returns or refunds. Please check all items to ensure they work, have no missing or broken pieces before purchasing. All sales are final. No early entry, no early sales, No pricing offered prior to sale, no holds, no shipping. We are not responsible for any traffic/parking violations. We will honor street numbers. #1 must stay and maintain the process. If you are not at the entry at the time your number is called, you forfeit your number.
