This is an online only auction. All bidding will take place online.

By registering to bid and/or submitting any bid, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Registration Requirements
All bidders must have a valid credit card on file with Live Auctioneers in order to be approved to bid in our auctions.

Autopay
If you have not contacted Neil's Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.


REGISTRATION
- In order to bid in this auction on the Live Auctioneers platform, you must register online through Live Auctioneers.
- Bidders with no or limited history with Neil's Auctions may be required to provide us with additional information that may include but may not be limited to:
- A photo or scan of their driver's license
- A photo or scan of a current utility bill with name and address matching the driver's license and submitted bidder registration details.


BIDDING
- The Auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.
- The highest bidder for each lot shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold.

BUYER'S PREMIUM / SALES TAX
- The Buyer's Premium of 23% will be added to each successful bid.
- MI Residents and all buyers who pick up merchandise in person are required to pay MI State Sales Tax (6%) on each sale, including the buyer's premium, unless exempted by law. If exempt in MI, you must present us with a valid exemption number.
- Live Auctioneers will collect sales tax in all other states as applicable. If you have a tax exemption number, you must add it to your Live Auctioneers account. We are unable to remove sales tax from an invoice if there is no tax exemption certificate registered to the account.
- Note: your sales tax exemption must be from the same state as your shipping address in order for sales tax to be removed.

PAYMENT
- Successful bidders will be provided an invoice and payment details to the email address associated with their Live Auctioneers account following the auction.
- Full payment via Live Auctioneers "Pay Now" button, cash, or by Wire Transfer is required within fourteen (14) days following the auction.
- Auction House may require payment via Wire Transfer at our discretion.

MERCHANDISE PICKUP | SHIPPING | STORAGE FEES
- All items must be removed from Neil's Auction or have shipping arrangements made within twenty-one (21) days of the auction. After 21 days, a $5/day storage fee will be applied.
- No item may be removed or will be released for shipping until full payment of merchandise and/or any applicable sales tax or storage fees has been made.
- All items that have been paid for and not removed from Neil's Auction after 30 days will be deemed abandoned, and will become property of Neil's Auctions.

Merchandise Pickup:
- Merchandise pickup hours are Friday & Saturday 12-4pm
- Bidders who pick up their purchased items in person are responsible for examining all items at the time of pickup and assuring themselves as to condition before removing any item from Neil's Auctions. No item may be returned for condition issues once it has been removed from Neil's Auction, and no refund or merchandise credit will be offered for any item's condition after it has been picked up and removed by the bidder.

MERCHANDISE OFFERED
- All items are sold AS IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to request additional condition details and photographs to allow you to bid according to your own expertise.
- Lot announcements, listings, photographs, and catalog information are for descriptive purposes only.
- Any condition details listed are offered as courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition, or any assumption of liability. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is perfect or free from wear, flaws, or characteristics of age. Neil's Auctions is not responsible for errors and/or omissions Neil's Auctions auction, you are agreeing that the auction is occurring in Michigan, merchandise is being struck off in Michigan, contract of sale is being entered in Michigan, and payments will be made in Michigan.
- All announcements made on the day of the auction supersede any other previously announced or published materials.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to be informed of any import laws of their country. Winning bidders will not be released from any item due to import regulations.
