This will be a 2-part sale. The first part will be the garage and the yard. It's loaded. Tools, Crocks, vintage bottles, Christmas (100s of items) rowboat, world War II Red Cross first aid, toys, clothes, Yard art. This is a picker's delight. Primitives, fishing lures, This is just the outside and the garage. The remainder of the house will be the following week. We will be adding photos. The first part of the sale starts Wednesday June 24th. Watch for updates the next few days.

The sign up sheet goes up 5:00 the day before. This is a small house so a lot of items will be sold out of the yard on tables throughout the sale.
