This is the first private sale this individual/company has listed.

This is a living estate sale. My grandmother has gone to a skilled nursing facility and we are having a sale to make money for her care.

My grandparents lived in this home for over 40 years. This home is loved and full of things that were loved. Plenty of collectibles items and jewelry. Tons of little knick-knacks. Solid wood furniture and more!

We want as much of my grandparents items to go to homes that will love them as much as my grandparents did.

Line can form 1 hour before open. A list will be made up until open. Those on the list will be aloud in first and after it will be open to public. This is a tight home and the sale will span across 3 floors. I'm sorry there will not be accessibility options. Some assistance can be provided.
