There will be a sign-up sheet put out one hour before the sale. Customers will enter the home according to the order on the sign-up sheet.
We accept CASH, CREDIT CARD and CASH APP only. Checks are not accepted.
Bring help to load large items, we will not have anyone on hand to move heavy items.
Next Chapter and the homeowners are not responsible for accidents to people or things.
All sales are as is with no refunds or exchanges.
All purchased items must be picked up prior to the close of the sale.
No early sales, Please do not call for pricing before the sale, all items are first come first serve.
