For weekend 1: Days 1 & 2 are Full Price. There will be no reduced days on weekend one.
There will be a sign-up sheet put out one hour before the sale. Customers will enter the home according to the order on the sign-up sheet. You MUST be present to sign in for first entry to the home.
We accept CASH, CREDIT CARD and CASH APP only. Checks are not accepted.
Bring help to load large items, we will not have anyone on hand to move heavy items.
Next Chapter and the homeowners are not responsible for accidents to people or things.
All sales are as is with no refunds or exchanges.
All purchased items must be picked up prior to the close of the sale.
No early sales, Please do not call for pricing before the sale, all items are first come first serve.

This is the first Weekend of a plentiful, two-weekend sale!

Weekend 2 features: full garage, Christmas and assorted holiday decor, multiple chest and upright freezers, collectors vinyl, vintage and new kids toys, high-quality women’s clothing & shoes, electronics including multiple receivers and speakers, DVD & vast CD collection.
