Directions
Please drive down the very long driveway and park in the designated parking area only. Anyone needing assistance to get from the parking area to the home can wait for the parking attendant to give them a ride to the house. Please do not park on the grass. The only parking is the mowed part of the field that is marked with flags.

Terms & Conditions

There will be a sign-up sheet put out one hour before the sale. Customers will enter the home according to the order on the sign-up sheet. You MUST be present to sign in for first entry to the home. One name per line for entry only.
We accept CASH, CREDIT CARD and CASH APP only. Checks are not accepted.
Bring help to load large items, we will not have anyone on hand to move heavy items.
Next Chapter and the homeowners are not responsible for accidents to people or things.
All sales are as is with no refunds or exchanges.
All purchased items must be picked up prior to the close of the sale.
No early sales, Please do not call for pricing before the sale, all items are first come first serve.

This sale is full of large, high quality furniture. We also have a Vintage Pinball machine and Neon signs in the lower level. This is a rare sale with top notch furnishings and decorative items. The decorative items are unique and are not the kind of items you see at most estate sales. These items will be priced at a fraction of their original cost. There is also some clothing and household items. These art work alone is worth a trip. If you are looking for patio furniture, golf clubs or a saddle this is the place to be. Monday afternoon is a preview. Both Monday and Tuesday will be full price and Wednesday will be 50% off. Pick up of furniture must be completed by the end of the sale or by appointment only on Thursday, May 22nd or Friday, May 23rd.
